HIKING PARADISE PLOSE NEAR BRIXEN
The Plose hiking area is located only 7 kilometers from the city of Brixen and the Milla Apartments and therefore very easy to reach. The new cable car takes hikers from the city to 2,050m, where they have many possibilities for a wonderful hiking day with a stunning view of the famous Dolomites. Here, mountain lovers will have different possibilities for activities in nature. Mountain hikes like the one reaching the peak of Pfannspitze or Großer Gabler, a circular hike on the Dolomites Panorama Trail, or an easy family hike on the Woodywalk. Who prefers exploring the mountains differently, can do that by mountain bike or mountain cart, or racing down the mountain on the new summer toboggan run – in each case a very special mountain experience.

HIKING IN THE UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE
The small city of Brixen is located in the valley basin of the Eisacktal between majestic mountains and green fields, in a great position to reach all South Tyrolean Dolomite valleys. Gröden, the Pustertal Valley, as well as the Villnösstal Valley can all be reached with a short drive and represent a true paradise for hiking enthusiasts. The Pustertal Valley attracts with the world-famous motive of the Three Peaks, which can be surrounded during an easy hike. The Villnösstal is a great starting point for many different hikes in the Puez-Geisler nature park with the characteristic Geisler. Here, many possibilities for easy hikes from one mountain hut to the other and a stunning view awaits you. For a little thrill, it’s a great idea to climb the Sass Rigais on the via ferrata with its unique view of the Dolomites. Also, a trip to the Grödental is worth it. Here are many world-famous peaks – for example, the Seceda, traditional huts invite you to stop and enjoy a local meal, and on the way, you can visit a traditional woodcarver in the valley.
